Full Rules and Regulations
After signing up, we will contact you. On your first day we take before pictures. We encourage all challengers to wear skin tight clothing. We then weigh you on our tanita scale where we measure your body fat, metabolic age, muscle, visceral fat, water weight, and initial measurements. After that we provide a cleanse kit, a customized meal plan, and any other recommendations for your body type. After 21 days we then take your after photos, weigh you in again, and take measurements to compare and contrast the 21 day difference!
